Nomination forms are out of date. Simply email the secretary with your nomination stating I x nominate y for z position. Do this more than two weeks before the AGM.
Our rules state:
Any Member may be nominated by another member or may nominate themselves for any position. Notice of the nomination shall be sent to the secretary (or returning officer) 14 days prior to the AGM. The secretary shall give Notice of the nominations at least 10 days prior to the AGM. Where there are less than two nominations for any position nomination will also be accepted during the AGM.
