Woodhill Summer Frolic

NOTES:

Run is this Sunday (28 Feb) so please get back to me ASAP with numbers as lunch will be provided

 Start: 10am at Waimauku Park and ride, we will leave there at 10.15 on the dot... if you're not in line by then tough.

$40 per vehicle, lunch provided, there will be the tent up but it may be quite hot so if you can bring some Shade. Don’t forget your chair!!! And toys for the kids if required

The plan is head in, there will be lunch and games (I've come up with a few we haven’t done before) there will also be an easy course set up close by for those wanting a play (this will be good for those who don’t drive often and I would like to see some of the ladies giving it a go) There is also going to be a couple of led groups off around the forest (both shiny and those who want to get them selves in it)

*this is to be NO unauthorized excursions off into the forest, only those arranged by run organizer (I.e. Me!!!) although if more is wanted as a group it can be arranged.

We have access via road into the area we are going to be based so it is possible to bring a car in however Land Rover is preferred for game participation and forest access If you need to head out early please speak to me at start of day so I can arrange someone unlocking the gate.
