Meet at carpark down Coast Road Muriwai

Come  and Join the Green Forces of Good and help the The Landrover Owners Club, Auckland 4WD and the NZ Jeep Club on the annual Muriwai Beach Cleanup. Sunday  Low tide is in the morning, so we’ll meet at the carpark down Coast Road round 9.30am, Drive up the beach, and drive back picking up bags and  trailers of trash as we go. We’ll be on the beach and up in the dunes, picking up anything non beachy. Rubbish, Treated wood,  Fishing nets, and any random space station bits and pieces. Garden gloves are a good idea. The Council Rangers will be present and will have a rubbish skip and a thank you BBQ for us at the end at 1pm. Come and put ya volunteer cap on, and leave with thanks and good vibes.

Remember You will need a blessing from the council to drive on the beach.
