You'll be most welcome to join us on a run; there are always plenty of empty seats and we'd love to have you along, or come along to one of our club meetings.
There's no charge at all but you might find yourself being called on to help out if the going gets sticky!
If it's Winter then you'll need warm/wet-weather gear, and waterproof boots. If it's Summer then shorts and T-shirts are fine but we'd still recommend stout shoes or boots.
Something to eat and drink will also keep you happy en route!
